Leftover Rice Pudding

I had some leftover rice in the fridge and I suddenly had the idea of using it to make rice pudding. My dad would be so happy because it's his favorite dessert!

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups leftover cooked rice
  • 1 can light evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup seedless raisins
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar (depending on your taste)
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground allspice
  • 1/8 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves

Directions:
Add the leftover rice to a medium saucepan with the can of evaporated milk and stir together. Add the rest of the ingredients then let simmer on medium heat, stirring often, for 20 minutes or until the liquid reduces and thickens. Serve immediately.
